2023 Hispanic Heritage Month Business Fair & Expo

The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Bridgeport (HCCGB) is hosting the 2023 Hispanic Heritage Month Business Resource Fair & Expo offering you the opportunity to participate in the largest event of its kind in Connecticut! This special event is tailored to connect businesses wanting to engage and interact with Latinx consumers and businesses from a variety of industries. This event will bring together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community members from across the region to discuss the latest trends and opportunities in Latinx Business Community here in Connecticut. 

This year’s Hispanic Heritage Month Business Resource Fair & Expo, will be held on Friday, October 20th, 2023, at The Knowlton, 305 Knowlton Street in Bridgeport CT. The agenda will be as follows: 

Business Expo: 3:00pm – 6:00pm

• Food Samplings 

Business After Hours: 6:00pm – 8:00pm 

• Networking 
• Corporate Sponsor Speaker – M&T Bank 
• Live Music Entertainment 
• Open Bar 

Last year’s Hispanic Heritage Month event attracted 250 plus attendees and this year we expect more! Proceeds from this event support small/minority Hispanic owned businesses with business growth programs. Since our return in 2021, HCCGB has engaged over 500 businesses with the following assistance, guidance, trainings, and events:

• CT licensing and tax regulations services 
• Networking events 
• Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies 
• Access to capital resources 
• Partnered with federal stakeholders to increase Hispanic owned businesses into government contracting procurement process 
• Referrals and connections between Business to Business, Business to Consumer and Business to Government 
• Community Engagement Events
